This is where we get into the details. For credit counseling, that means a complete review of your credit reports — every account, balance, and item that's affecting your score. For business consulting, we look at how the business operates day to day: revenue sources, expenses, workflows, and the systems (or lack of them) holding everything together. For credit counseling, this includes which items to address first, dispute or negotiation steps, and a realistic timeline for improvement. For business consulting, it includes operational changes, financial structure recommendations, and a phased growth roadmap.
